2 million Australians have asthma. Over 400 Australians die each year from asthma.

Asthma Australia is the recognised national community voice of Australians with asthma and linked conditions and their carers. It comprises the Asthma Foundations throughout Australia.

The Asthma Foundations from every state and territory work together to help people with asthma and linked conditions to breathe better. We provide information, education, training, advocacy and promote research.

Asthma Australia manages two programs funded under the Australian Government National Asthma Management Program. These programs assist people to manage asthma and to help someone having an asthma attack.
