Facebook Q&A session

Every two months Asthma Australia holds a Q&A session where your questions on a certain topic are answered by experts.  The upcoming Q&A is on Wednesday 24 February from 5:30-6:30pm AEDT.  The topic is ‘Back to School / Study / Work and Asthma’.

You can submit questions beforehand and at this time using the private message function, or simply post to us during the session.

Teens on a jettyAsthma Australia has established the Facebook page, Young People with Asthma - Australia, specifically for 12-25 year olds and their supporters.  On this page you can find the latest asthma information and research, ideas to help with your asthma management and the opportunity to interact with others experiencing the same issues as you.

At this time of the year there is a well-documented spike in asthma hospitalisations associated with ‘back to school asthma’.  The same can be said for young people with asthma returning to tertiary study and workplaces after a Christmas break.  Join in on the discussion and find our what you can do to minimise the risk for yourself.
