Our training programs have been developed in consultation with the peak bodies specific to the coursesto ensure students are receiving the latest information, and best practice advice.

22303VIC Course in Verifying the Correct Use of Adrenaline Autoinjector Devices

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge on how to verify that other school staff members can use an adrenaline autoinjector device correctly once they have completed the ASCIA e-training online.
- Valid for 3 years

Duration of course:
 - Full face to face training = 2 hours

10392NAT Course in Emergency Asthma Management

This course meets the requirements for the Education and Care Services Regulations and the Smartplay Safety Guidelines for Clubs, Associations and Facilities.
- Valid for 3 years

 Duration of course:
 - Full face to face training = 3 hours
 - Mixed mode training (online/face to face) = 1 hour face to face with pre course online module


AA-C

10313NAT Course in Anaphylaxis Awareness

This course meets the requirements for the Education and Care Services Regulations and Ministerial Order 706.
- Valid for 3 years

Duration of course:
- Full face to face training = 3 hours
- Mixed mode training (online/face to face) = 1 hour face to face with pre course online module


CPR-C

HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

It is recommended that CPR skills are updated annually.

Duration of course:
- Full face to face training = 3 hours
- Mixed mode training (online/face to face) = 1 hour face to face with pre course online module


BELS-C

HLTAID002 Provide basic emergency life support

This course is specifically designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to recognise and respond to life threatening emergencies in a variety of situations, including in the workplace and general community. It is recommended that CPR skills be refreshed annually.
- Valid for 3 years

Duration of course:
- Full face to face training = 12 hours
           


FA-C

HLTAID003 Provide first aid

This course is specifically designed to provide the knowledge and skills in providing a first aid response to a casualty in the home, workplace and general community. It is recommended that CPR skills be refreshed annually.
- Valid for 3 years

Duration of course:
- Full face to face training = 2 days
- Mixed mode training (online/face to face) = 1 day face to face with pre course online module


004-C

HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting

This course meets the regulatory requirements of the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACEQA). It is recommended that CPR skills be updated annually.
- Valid for 3 years

Duration of course:
- Full face to face training = 2 days
- Mixed mode training (online/face to face) = 1 day face to face with pre course online module
