Information for Grant Recipients

The Asthma Foundation WA requires the recipient of a research grant to submit progress and final reports. Reports are generally due in June and December of the grant year.

Reporting Guidelines 

Progress Report

Progress Reports enable the Asthma Foundation WA's MASAC to assess whether satisfactory progress is being achieved. A progress report of two or three pages in length addressing achievements and progress against the aims of those specified in the original application is due approximately six months from the start of your research. Progress Report - request for extension

If work on the grant will extend past the scheduled end date despite its best efforts, a request for an extension may be submitted. This extension is without extra funding and available for up to 6 months of additional time pending.

Final Report

A final report is to provide the Asthma Foundation WA with a written record of grant-related activitiies, accomplishments, and challenges that have been faced during the grant term. A final report of at least five to six pages is due on the end date of your grant. Final reports should be submitted as PDFs to

Terms and Conditions

Asthma Foundation WA must be acknowledged as a source of funding in all presentations and publications relating to the research for which the grant was awarded. Reprints and copies should be provided to the Asthma Foundation WA. The Asthma Foundation WA may publish, or use in such a manner as it sees fit, any such report in whole or in part, provided due acknowledgement of source is made, and subject to consent of the researcher. The suggested reporting template should be downloaded, saved to your computer, and filled in with the appropriate information.

Once completed, a hard copy should be printed out, signed by an authorised officer of the institution, and sent to the address below:
